Kym Daley is a Nature based mindfulness therapist. She uses mindfulness meditative practices to help improve the lives of individuals who are seeking support through difficult emotional times.
As a nature based mindfulness therapist, I believe that social responses are integral to the impact
of events in our lives.
Understanding that our responses are perfect and natural and in right motivation can help free us from the unhelpful narratives created by our systems and cultures.
Mindfulness and mindfulness in nature are tools that help us be more discerning about that which we incline our minds to. Nature helps us to anchor our thinking to direct experience. This increases our happiness.
As a mindful practitioner and therapist, Kym transmits a quiet steady knowing and strong support during times of challenge.
This comes from her many years of personal practice and a deep attunement to nature and the planet.
Using the therapeutic space as a container, Kym helps people learn how to utilize the resource of deep inner-knowing that inherently resides in each one of us.
